$60,000 - $72,000 annually (Depending on Experience) Role Summary As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations across core HR functions. You'll manage recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted resource for employee inquiries and concerns. Benefits Administration:
Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain accurate HR records. Performance Management:
Support performance reviews and employee development. Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives. HR Reporting:
Analyze HR metrics to support strategic planning. Policy Implementation:
Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies. Employee Engagement:
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. HR Projects:
Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience:
3-5 years in HR or related roles. Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems High attention to detail and confidentiality Effective problem-solving and time management
