Manager, Workday Benefits Lead - Technical Implementation at KPMG US. This role is part of Technology Enablement within KPMG Advisory and focuses on leading Workday Benefits projects and related ERP optimization efforts. Responsibilities

Lead Workday Benefits projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications. Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; collaborate with appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries. Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements. Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies. Qualifications

Minimum of five years of recent ERP, benefits, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with completion of one full implementation of Workday Benefits. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university/college. Minimum of five full life cycle implementations with Workday Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect and Workday certification in Workday Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation. If not currently certified, must obtain one within three months from commencement of employment. Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality. Willingness to travel as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship for this role). Additional Information
