Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Maintenance and Auditable Records -

Work Order Creation & Scheduling Preventive Maintenance (PM) Scheduling & Recording Calibration Records Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) Documentation Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Records FM Global Federal, state, and municipal regulatory records Janitorial Records Employee Training Records and Materials Service Records Asset Notification Forms Equipment Notification Forms Document Routing for Approvals Vendor Safety Training and Visitor Logs Key Process Indicators (KPI) tracker Maintain Spare Parts Inventory -

SAP/Purchase Orders (PO's) Goods receipt Kitting Warrantees Secondary Duties and Responsibilities (willing to learn):

Maintenance Terminology Pharmaceutical Terminology Neptune CMMS ETQ Reliance SAP General Skills & Abilities:

Maintenance Planning Materials & Labor Forecasting Anticipating needs of the Facilities department Interdepartmental teamwork Conversational/Phone skills Respond to audit requests. Reporting using CMMS and MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Project) Proven ability to communicate orally and in writing with management, peers, project team members, and vendors. Ability to work with minimum supervision maintain proper documentation. Ability to use written reference materials refers to the ability to locate, read, and comprehend text material such as directives, checklists, and route sheets. Ability to communicate in writing refers to transmitting written information (e.g., equipment status, recommended repairs) to maintenance, operations, and other personnel. Ability to communicate orally for the purpose of receiving and transmitting information (such as equipment status, repairs, modifications, and parts usage) with maintenance, production, and other departments. Ability to practice and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Ability to interface with and handle material & service vendors. Willing to gown for the purpose of entering cleanrooms. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Requirements:

Previous experience with the following: Industrial Manufacturing Vendor and material ordering GMP regulated environment 5S/Six Sigma Qualifications:
