As a Seasonal Inventory Control Specialist, you will work closely with our Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist to ensure that our store's inventory is managed effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining a well-stocked sales floor and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting our sales goals. Your key responsibilities will include: Creating a service-oriented culture that fosters customer relationships. Accurately processing all incoming and outbound inventory. Verifying that merchandise deliveries meet company standards. Preparing merchandise for display, ensuring compliance with ticketing and signage guidelines. Securing merchandise with EAS tags as per Loss Prevention guidelines before stocking the sales floor. Timely and accurately inputting freight information into our systems. Efficiently managing RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, and markdowns following company policies. Achieving high productivity levels by meeting units per hour (UPH) targets. Maintaining a clean and organized stock room in compliance with company and state guidelines. Complying with all local, federal, and state laws as well as company policies and procedures. Taking on additional duties as assigned by management. Exhibiting professionalism in all interactions with customers, teammates, and partners.
