We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support learning & development, talent management, and employee engagement across multiple sites. This role partners closely with managers and HR leadership to drive a high-performance culture and ensure smooth execution of HR programs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training programs and support development initiatives Facilitate performance management and employee engagement activities Collaborate on recruitment strategies and onboarding Serve as a point of contact for HR communications and employee support Assist with HR projects and process improvements Qualifications
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or global environments Bachelor's degree in HR or related field SHRM-CP, PHR, or PHRca certification preferred Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
