Title: Paid Media Specialist (search + social)
The Paid Media Specialist will develop and execute paid search strategies to drive subscriber acquisition and optimize campaign performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Search Ad 360 (SA 360). The role involves managing campaign structure, budget optimization, audience targeting, performance tracking against KPIs, and supporting creative and landing page testing. This position requires a strategic thinker who can work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with analytics teams.
Location:
NYC (hybrid) Duration : 12 month contract Hours : 40 per week Rate:
$46-56/hr Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI. • Optimize budgets and campaign performance across multiple platforms. • Develop new audience segments including retargeting and lookalikes. • Implement quality assurance processes for campaigns. • Collaborate with analytics to use real-time data for campaign optimization. • Support ongoing creative and landing page experimentation.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of paid search advertising experience. • Proficient with Google Ads, SA 360, Bing/Microsoft Ads; experience with Apple Search Ads is a plus. • Experience managing direct response campaigns. • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude. • Global media planning/buying experience preferred.
