Job Description
City: NYC, NY Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days onsite) Duration : 12 months
Rate Range : Up to$60.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
2-4 years hands-on experience executing paid media campaigns
Google Ads and/or SA360 experience
Experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Business Manager)
Bing/Microsoft Ads experience
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Ability to manage end-to-end campaign setup, QA, optimization, and reporting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
YouTube Ads / DV360 experience Apple Search Ads or Universal App Campaigns Airtable experience Bilingual Spanish Global/International campaign management experience Responsibilities: Execute paid search, paid social, and YouTube campaigns for the EMEA region Own campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and reporting across platforms Partner with regional leads to support campaign launches and optimizations Monitor performance, analyze results, and implement optimizations against KPIs Ensure timely delivery of creative assets in coordination with cross-functional teams Support testing initiatives across creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies Maintain documentation and processes to ensure campaign accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage data for real-time optimization Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years paid media experience with direct response campaign focus Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, and paid social platforms Agency or in-house experience (open to either, but must be hands-on execution) Proven ability to manage budgets, campaign structures, and performance reporting Flexibility, attention to detail, and positive, can-do attitude
