Forge is seeking a Consultant to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) Financial Operations Division (FOD) by providing business solutions and financial operations associated with depositing and recording cash collections for payment of services and/or checks returned, reconciling Treasury and JIFMS collections, and the destruction of physical checks received Key Responsibilities

:

Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to): Dashboard management

Generate Financial Reports

Develop. Maintain, and Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Meeting support, including agenda formation, record of minutes

Collection activities, including cash collection, electronic collections, check destruction

Reconciliation of all deposits and collections

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and assistance

Continual Process Improvement (CPI)Job Responsibilities:

Perform the duties associated with depositing and recording cash collections for payment of services and/or checks returned, reconciling Treasury and JIFMS collections, and the destruction of physical checks received.

Fulfill cash collection duties to specific procedure compliance

Process electronic collections •Perform check destruction

Reconciliation or cash receipts and collections, including record-keeping in appropriate data systems

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provision of feedback to the requestor

Maintain dashboards for tracking collections recorded, destructed, and processed.

Daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reporting.

Create, maintain, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements: The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. We are looking for candidates with.... Minimum Qualifications: US Citizen Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field plus three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data accurately.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Desired Qualifications: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software.

Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting methodologies, and accounting practices.
