R0051193**\*\*\* Hybrid - 2 days per week in Coppell, TX office \*\*\***We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Software Engineer** with a strong background in **.NET Framework**, **.NET Core**, and **C#**, along with **RESTful API development**. The ideal candidate will also have at least **3 years of hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and HTML5**, and a solid understanding of **Test-Driven Development (TDD)** and **unit testing** practices. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud based enterprise applications.**Key Responsibilities:*** Show initiative and motivation to solve problems, adapt to changes, and follow through on tasks* Work in Agile teams following Agile + SAFe methodologies to deliver high quality products on time* Develop cloud application (PaaS) that support high availability, high scalability, and parallel processing* Apply TDD principles and write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.* Improve your skills via self-learning, brown bag sessions, and other group learning opportunities* Use the latest development tools and follow industry and Wolters Kluwer technical standards.* Understand the use of technology and how its implementation affects strategic business goals.**Key Requirements:*** Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development* 5+ years of programming experience with the .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, REST APIs* 3+ years of programming experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5* Proficient in object-oriented design and development using best practices and patterns.* Experience with quality up-front initiatives such as TDD, CI, and automated unit test frameworks.* Successful track record delivering high quality code on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies.* Production experience developing cloud applications from inception to completion.* Expertise designing, coding, and implementing architectures and applications that have 24/7 stability, performance, scalability, and localization requirements in mind* Developing and deploying microservices and/or Service Oriented Architecture.* Building YAML Pipelines in Azure DevOps.### **Nice to Have:*** Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).* Experience with Microsoft Orleans for building distributed apps* Familiarity with microservices architecture.* Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.*Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.***Wolters Kluwer reported 2023 annual revenues of €5.6 billion.
