We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Manager to define and execute the digital strategy for
Grayson Brands . This role will focus on building and scaling our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business by driving website sales conversion, managing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns (Meta + Google Ads), and growing our social media presence, primarily Instagram, through engaging content and community management. In addition, this person will expand our brand presence across marketplace platforms and collaborate with our design team to help shape and launch future Grayson product lines. Attention to detail, organized, hustler, efficient Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude Experience : Shopify Platform Instagram + Facebook PPC (Meta + Google Ads) Photography and Editing Drop ship DTC Website Define and execute the digital strategy for Grayson Brands Build and scale our DTC site by driving brand awareness to lead to sales conversion Evaluate current strategy and explore new opportunities Website/Shopify: maintain + upload newness + email promotions + mange communication Improve page content Collaborate with sales + design to launch a future Grayson assortments PPC Manage and optimize advertising to drive DTC conversion (Meta, Google, Tiktok Shop, Pinterest) Instagram Grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) by increasing followers and engagement Develop monthly content calendar Create Content Manage posts/reels/DM communication Influencer Partnerships Marketplace Launch, grow and maintain marketplace platforms Collaborate with internal cross functional partners Manage artwork request, product uploads, romantic copy Grow current Marketplace platforms and online assortment extensions Partner with POD marketplace partners Drop ship process and/or platform
