CACI is currently seeking a Cyber Growth and Technical Engagement Lead

to manage strategic initiatives that drive growth within our expanding Cyber Line of Business. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to represent complex cyber solutions to customers, engage across a diverse set of stakeholders, and shape opportunities that advance national security missions. This pivotal role supports the Line of Business and Business Development continuity. It will serve as the connective tissue between the Cyber Line of Business technical teams, CACI business development, and external customers. It will lead capture on select business unit-led pursuits, represent capabilities and solutions to Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) cyber customers, and support the alignment of internal investments and business strategy with market demand. Key Responsibilities Lead the identification, qualification, shaping, and capture of new business opportunities aligned to the cyber mission space. Act as the technical liaison between cyber engineering teams and external customers, ensuring solutions are well-communicated, aligned to mission needs, and differentiated in the market. Represent the cyber capabilities of the business unit to senior government decision-makers, including program managers, acquisition authorities, and mission leaders. Support capture management for small-to-mid-size pursuits, including customer engagement planning, win strategy development, solution design coordination, and proposal leadership. Collaborate with solution architects, subject matter experts, program managers, and functional leaders to ensure offerings are responsive, compliant, and compelling. Participate in bid/no-bid reviews, black hat assessments, and color team reviews to drive disciplined pursuit of strategic growth opportunities. Monitor and analyze customer acquisition strategies, funding trends, and emerging mission priorities to inform pipeline development and investment planning. Support the Cyber Line of Business planning and investment decisions by providing insight into market gaps, customer needs, and competitor positioning. Develop and maintain trusted relationships across key customer sets including US CYBERCOMMAND, the cyber service components (e.g., ARCYBER, MARFORCYBER, FLTCYBER, 16th AF), and key IC Departments and Agencies.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in business development, strategic planning, capture management, technical engagement, or cyber operations within the DoD or IC. Strong understanding of cyber missions, technologies, and operational landscape across offensive and defensive cyber operations, cyber tool development, mission platforms, and cyber analytics. Demonstrated ability to articulate cyber concepts and mission-relevant solutions to government customers and internal stakeholders. Proven track record leading and supporting successful captures of cyber-related government contracts, including those under $75M in total contract value. Demonstrated success in identifying, shaping, and winning complex cyber programs. Exceptional written and oral communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing or supporting BD pursuits across various contract types (FFP, T&M, cost-plus) and contract vehicles (IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs). Strong business acumen and an ability to align capabilities and investments with evolving market trends and customer priorities. Understanding of the cyber market, industry competitors, and partner ecosystem. Ability and willingness to travel 30%. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (Masters degree preferred). Active TS/SCI clearance required ;
