What You'll Do As a Night Shift Beverage Batcher, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert mixing the magic. You'll:
Weigh and measure ingredients with precision to match strict beverage formulas Operate batching equipment and support machinery calibrations Monitor ingredient storage and freshness to prevent spoilage Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure consistency and compliance Maintain a sterile, organized workspace aligned with safety, GMP, and company policies Document test results and identify deviations for process improvements Ensure cleanliness and food safety across all batching zones Recognize and report signs of product tampering or safety concerns What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience with high-speed production equipment Experience monitoring product quality and adjusting equipment or recipes accordingly Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures Comfortable working a 4/3/3/4 rotating 12-hour night shift (includes weekends) Strong reading comprehension and math skills; proficiency with computers Attention to detail, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset What's in It for You
