The HRIS Workday Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in one or more Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation). This role is responsible for more complex configurations, reporting, and process improvements. Here's what you'll do
Configure and maintain Workday modules with minimal supervision. Design and run advanced reports and dashboards; perform data analysis for HR initiatives. Act as a liaison between HR and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and release management. Train HR team members and end users on Workday best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. Act as a Workday SME to business stakeholders. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrades or fixes Recommend process and customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation Maintain HRIS system database, integrations, and security Here's what you'll need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
25 years of HRIS experience, with direct experience in Workday configuration. In-depth knowledge of at least one Workday module. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Workday reporting (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields). Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field. Experience with Organizational Change Management Preferred Qualifications
