Talent Acquisition Specialist

responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates utilizing diverse methods, including internet sites, employee referrals, direct sourcing, and networking forums. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop knowledge of various banking departments, and understand history, culture, and fit. Act as an advocate for both the business and candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining regular touchpoints and diligent follow-through. Identify challenges and develop solutions to improve recruitment outcomes. Work with urgency to fulfill the company's highest priority hiring needs. Create compelling job postings to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline. Establish strategic partnerships with colleges, community-based organizations, and government agencies by attending job fairs, conducting workshops, mock interviews, and other recruiting activities. Partner with cross-functional teams, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations throughout the recruiting process. Manage and document hiring requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions. Draft offer letters and manage other pre-/post-employment activities in line with employment laws and HR policies. Assist with recruitment files, including the Affirmative Action Plan and EEO information. Required qualifications for the position include :

Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing passive & active candidates, screening tools, methodologies). Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other recruiting tools/systems. Experience recruiting in an internal corporate environment. Full cycle recruiting expertise with a proven record of success in engaging, selling, and closing candidates. Knowledge of HR policies/procedures and employment laws (EEOC, OFCCP, Affirmative Action, DOL, FLSA, Wage & Hour). Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS systems (Workday preferred). Strong sourcing skills with Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and direct sourcing. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications for the position include :

Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques. Knowledge of Workday and/or other ATS platforms.

Pay Rate Range :

$35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
