Key Responsibilities
Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok
Translate growth goals and top-line strategy into tactical plans and executable campaigns

Provide input into monthly and quarterly budget planning based on trends and results
Partner with the creative team to develop, test, and optimize ad formats, hooks, and messaging that align with seasonal campaigns and product launches
Segment audiences and tailor campaign tactics across the funnel—from prospecting to reactivation
Develop retargeting strategies to support loyalty and repeat purchase goals
Explore and test new platforms that align with audience behavior and brand goals
Own reporting across platforms, including Northbeam, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
Report weekly performance to the VP of Marketing, translating data into actionable insights and clear next steps
Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, and eCommerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment
Stay up to date on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor tactics

Highly organized with strong project and time management skills
Collaborative and communicative across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and pivot quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal, and test-driven environment
Brings a balance of analytical rigor and creative intuition to performance marketing
Benefits:
