Job Description

Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead Our client is a global Workday Partner in the midst of a multi-phase implementation with a healthcare provider in FL. They are in the middle of remediation for Absence and Time Tracking and they are no longer able to share the resource they had been utilizing. They are therefore looking for a senior Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead to join their team. This person will be responsible for all remediation and troubleshooting activities for Absence and Time Tracking. This will require a solid understanding of the entire PATT process, including resulting downstream effects to areas like Payroll

Work is hybrid, 3 weeks remote, one week on-site in Daytona FL

Qualifications

Workday Certified - Minimum of five years of recent enterprise resource planning (ERP), Absence Management implementation and upgrade experience with an implementer, not as a user on the non-implementer side). Completion of one full implementation with Workday ERP and Workday certification in Absence or Integration. Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality. Workday certified in the following modules: Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, with 3-5 years experience supporting these areas. Ability to develop design documentation, EIBs, process documentation, lead configuration and support testing.
