Workday Talent Lead The Workday Talent Lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of the Workday Talent and Performance modules. This role will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive strategic talent initiatives, ensure system integrity, and deliver high-impact solutions that support organizational goals.

Responsibilities/Skills:

Lead Workday Talent & Performance implementations and enhancements. Design and configure Workday Talent modules including goals, feedback, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workday capabilities with business processes and talent strategies. Review and map Workday business processes; advise on system services and configuration best practices. Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements including process design, lifecycle support, and project reviews. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensure quality delivery across projects. Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation optimization. Qualifications

Workday Certification in Talent and Performance (Compensation and Advanced Compensation a plus). 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Talent implementations, including at least two full lifecycle deployments. Strong understanding of ERP systems and Workday module functionality. Experience with configuration workbooks and business process design. Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred. Completion of one full implementation with Workday Financials and Workday certification in Financials. Strong verbal, Documentation and analytical skills. Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality. Preferred Skills

Experience with Workday Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation models. Compensation modules. Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security.
