Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Vero Beach who is seeking a Temporary Purchasing Coordinator to join their corporate office team. This is a 6-month assignment covering for a leave and supporting the Purchasing Department.
100% onsite Monday-Friday 9a-5p
. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, with strong focus on billing and program coordination across multiple departments. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Billing
* Manage and reconcile billing for multiple programs, including Lift Rentals, Rental Trucks, FedEx billing accounts, and the Fleet Toll Program
* Ensure timely and accurate data entry and billing across all company locations
* Track costs, monitor usage, and support reporting for monthly and weekly cycles
* Partner with Accounting and Operations to support the month-end close process
Program Support & Administration
* Coordinate orders, track rentals, and resolve field issues for Lift and Rental Truck Programs
* Monitor FedEx accounts and reconcile weekly charges
* Ensure compliance and accurate allocation for toll costs across departments
* Provide responsive support for field requests, including rushes and special projects
Qualifications:
* Prior purchasing, billing, or operations coordination experience preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Google Applications (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs); NetSuite a plus
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
* Training provided for program processes and systems
