Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience with new product introduction across software or hardware products. Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, end-to-end validation/CUJ testing, and systems knowledge. Experience with launching data center products and deployments. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. About the job

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Technical Program Manager for MSCA, you will lead the new product introduction of systems, hardware, and software critical to enabling Cloud and Google services. The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services and Google Cloud. Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production. Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive end-to-end execution across large cross-functional teams. Drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and consensus. Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis; drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
