Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience with new product introduction across software or hardware products. Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, end-to-end validation/CUJ testing, and systems knowledge. Experience with launching data center products and deployments. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. About the job

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Technical Program Manager for MSCA, you will lead the new product introduction of systems, hardware, and software critical to enabling Cloud and Google services. The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services and Google Cloud. Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production. Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive end-to-end execution across large cross-functional teams. Drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and consensus. Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis; drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels. Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Cloud products and solutions. Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
