Insight Global is looking for an Architect to lead a large Marketing Technology initiative for a leading client.

Responsibilities include: -Lead the design and build of enterprise-scale MarTech platforms from data collection and storage to activation. -Architect and implement CDP solutions, including identity stitching, customer segmentation, and data activation. -Build data pipelines for prospect and customer data ingestion, enrichment, and orchestration. -Enable omni-channel personalization through real-time data integration and AI/ML models (e. g., recommendation engines, next-best-action). -Collaborate with enterprise architecture, marketing, UX, and IT teams to deliver scalable, privacy-compliant solutions. -Support customer acquisition and personalization use cases across digital channels. -Integrate with platforms like Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, and GCP. -Ensure platform readiness for campaign enablement, tagging, and measurement.

To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. -Familiarity with Kafka, Adobe Target, and Google Analytics. -Background in customer acquisition, media marketing, and personalization strategy. -Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL and programming languages like Java or Python. -7+ years of experience in MarTech development and architecture. -Experience with Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, OR Salesforce CDP. -Proven experience building or migrating MarTech platforms (not just BAU Maintenace) -Deep understanding of CDPs and data architecture (identity stitching, data flow, activation). -Strong experience with GCP and data integration tools. -Hands-on expertise in building data pipelines and real-time personalization engines. -Ability to articulate technical solutions and business impact to cross-functional and executive audiences. -Knowledge of NBX and systems of engagement.
