Cloud System Administrator

Day to Day 1. Cloud Maintenance and Operations Monitor and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. Perform regular patch management and updates for cloud systems. Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, efficient, and up-to-date. 2. VMware Administration Deploy and manage virtual machines using VMware. Handle template management and general VMware administration tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware environments. 3. Server Administration Manage and maintain server infrastructure. Perform routine server checks, updates, and backups. Ensure server security and performance optimization. 4. Microsoft 365 Administration Administer and support Microsoft 365 suite for the organization. Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications. 5. Technical Documentation Write and update technical documentation and knowledge articles. Maintain accurate records of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. 6. General Cloud Operational Tasks Assist with the deployment and management of cloud-based applications. Monitor cloud performance and optimize resource usage. Provide support for cloud-related issues and incidents. 7. Collaboration and Support Work closely with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other departments. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
