Our client, a global cosmetics company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Midtown Manhattan. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview:

  • Contract Role: 5 months
  • Pay: $48-$52/hr on W2
  • Schedule: Hybrid, flexibility required, 40-hour work week

Responsibilities:
  • Support project to transform code creation and technology
  • Project management support and documentation
  • Perform data mapping, data validation, and data quality assurance
  • Create, design, and maintain, Excel documents

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, concentration in IT, Data Analytics, or Business is preferred
  • Prior experience working in the consumer goods, fashion, or beauty industry
  • Deep understanding of data management principles
  • Advanced experience with master data management (taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, literacy tools, etc.)
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, data profiling, and solution design
  • Change management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
