We are in search of a
Precision Quality Inspector
to elevate our product excellence.
Your Mission
Under the guidance of an adept Inspection Manager, you will dive into tasks such as:
Evaluating an array of precision parts crafted to ultra-tight tolerances
Employing cutting-edge technology to maintain uncompromised quality
Amplifying your expertise within a forward-thinking setting

flexible first shift
designed as a 4x10: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Extra Time : Overtime on Fridays from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM ensures a jumpstart to the weekend, with added income!

Key Duties:
Quality Examination:
Carry out inspections at various stages—first article, in-process, and final—to confirm adherence to client details, blueprints, and products, utilizing precision devices like CMMs, calipers, and micrometers.
Identify non-conformities for proactive resolution.
Documentation Excellence:
Log all inspection data meticulously, capturing every detail.
Draft comprehensive inspection narratives for each part batch, spotlighting any nuances.
Align with the Quality Assurance to uphold stringent protocols.
Tool Stewardship:
Manage calibration and instrument upkeep for precision.
Collaborate on calibration schedules for all tools in use.
Continuous Enhancement:
Engage in improvement projects to lift process efficiency and slash defects.
Provide insights on adjustments to designs/processes informed by inspection analyses.
This role is essential for supporting our machine shop's commitment to quality.
Requirements:
GED/High school diploma; tech training in machining .
Experience with AS9100 & ISO 9001 is a must.
At least one year in mechanical/quality control inspection in CNC or related settings.
Proficient in interpreting blueprints/specifications.
Advanced understanding of measuring tools and precision practices.
Exquisite attention to detail for flaw detection.
Adept organizational/documentation prowess.
Problem-solving expertise with autonomous capability.
Strong communication for team synergy.
