The ideal candidate will be instrumental in cultivating a collaborative organizational culture that prioritizes cooperation among all healthcare entities. You will be responsible for guiding the integration, coordination, and standardization of clinical activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and accessible healthcare to our communities. Working closely with the President and fellow medical and management staff, you will address clinical service delivery challenges, contribute to strategic planning initiatives, and consistently monitor and enhance the quality of care provided. The successful candidate will hold a medical degree, possess a current New Hampshire license, and be an active member of the medical staff with a clinical practice at our organization. A minimum of two years of prior experience in administrative and quality matters is preferred. This role entails attending various essential meetings, including system-level conferences, quality oversight committees, peer reviews, and medical executive committees. You will collaborate with Chairpersons of standing committees, Heads of Service, and Directors to ensure exceptional and effective care is delivered throughout the system.
