As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customers' needs, answering their inquiries about our diverse range of products, and recommending the best solutions for their projects. You will also resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure total satisfaction.
In this role, you will be expected to remain informed about our products and uphold the visual and quality standards of our store. Your commitment to excellent customer service will help you achieve the store's sales objectives.
This position involves direct interaction with customers, including minors, and requires access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. A thorough review of criminal history will be conducted to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
