Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers. In this full-time position, you will help identify customer needs, provide product information, and recommend solutions that ensure customer satisfaction. This role is based at Store #3927, located at: 5841 Crawfordsville Rd., Ste. 107-108, Speedway, IN 43224, with a starting pay rate of $17.05/hr. As a representative, you will be expected to: Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive, trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail clients. Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies. Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas. Select and retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Mix and tint products to meet specific customer requirements. Ensure neat and stocked displays while keeping store equipment clean. Assist with unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed. Keep assigned areas in presentable condition, ensuring they are fully stocked. Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales performance. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship requirements. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products.
