Job Summary:
Seeking a tech-savvy HR Specialist in Plantation, FL, focused on payroll auditing, data integrity, and system optimizations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset, adept in managing various HR systems and processes in a dynamic atmosphere. This role is vital for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR operations, contributing to commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit payroll data, maintaining accurate team member records. Manage pay adjustments, and respond to pay inquiries swiftly. Support attendance management processes and complete HR case management tasks. Contribute to data-cleanup projects ensuring readiness for new system implementations. Ensure data integrity across various HR systems focusing on precision and detail.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical abilities. Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG Pro WFM, ServiceNow). Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
