Bilingual Retail Associate

As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, addressing questions related to our products, and offering tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction. Located at Store #2400, 74 US-64 East, Cashiers, NC 28717, this position involves engaging directly with customers, including minors, and handling transactions involving cash and other payment methods. Your role is essential in creating meaningful customer experiences and achieving store sales goals. What You'll Do: Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive trust relationships with customers. Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up displays to enhance store appearance. Load and unload delivery trucks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and discuss available options with customers. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales and store operations. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry materials frequently up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs. Flexible to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service. Previous experience with paint and related products is a plus.
