Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - Retail

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist in the retail environment, where your skills are vital to enhancing customer experience and driving sales. In this part-time role, you will connect with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend ideal solutions. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring maximum satisfaction while staying informed about product features. You will also help maintain the store's visual standards and quality. Your workplace will be at the Dickinson store: Store #703072, located at 2346 Sims Street, Dickinson, ND 58601. We offer a competitive starting pay of $16.50 per hour, along with opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting relevant products and services. Build trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail clients. Process sales transactions accurately and according to company policies. Achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas. Prepare products from sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products according to customer requirements. Stock shelves and arrange displays for optimal presentation. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed. Ensure assigned areas are always stocked and visually appealing. Stay informed about products and discuss options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Capability to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasions with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or delivery roles. Experience selling paint and related products. Background in operating tinting and mixing equipment.
