Finishing Specialist – Automated Blasting & Paint System

PRIMARY DUTIES
Oversee daily operations of the automated paint system, shipping and receiving
Troubleshoot issues, support maintenance, and ensure maximum uptime
Analyze problems, isolate variables, and implement solutions for process consistency
Drive continuous improvement in workflows, efficiency, and quality
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or finishing operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex issues into process steps
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and understand automated equipment
Experience with blasting, paint, or finishing operations is a plus but not required
