In this pivotal position, you will lead and coordinate medical staff and engage with other physicians in alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Your primary responsibilities will include providing overall leadership and direction while ensuring efficient operations, financial management, and effective utilization of human resources. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing vital institutional policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. As the CME, you will convert strategic plans and budget goals into action plans, guiding resource allocation to achieve the annual operating objectives. To be considered, candidates must possess a minimum of five years of progressive management or supervisory experience in physician or medical staff administration, along with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master of Medical Management, business administration, or an equivalent degree.
