We are currently seeking a
Warranty Clerk
to join our administrative and service support team. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience and a strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, review, and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and promptly.
Verify repair orders meet manufacturer and dealership warranty requirements.
Maintain warranty records and track claim status to ensure timely payments.
Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Accounting Department to resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to handle claim denials or adjustments.
Keep current with manufacturer warranty policies, bulletins, and updates.
Assist with additional administrative tasks in the service department as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior
automotive dealership experience
required (warranty or service office preferred).
Knowledge of
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM warranty systems
is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
