Technical Lead

contract

with a client in

York, PA.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with S4HANA implementation and strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Rate Range:

$56/hour to 71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Guide and mentor team members, providing technical direction and support throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and drive solution architecture. Oversee code reviews, quality assurance, and adherence to coding standards and documentation protocols. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support for critical project challenges. Coordinate project tasks, prioritize workloads, and communicate progress to management and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership roles. Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time. Strong expertise in solution architecture, code reviews, and stakeholder communication. Pay Details:

$56.00 to $71.00 per hour
