Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,386 per week in Potosi, MO

Job Title: Speech and Language Pathologist Profession: Speech and Language Pathology Specialty: Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours M-F, times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated Experience: 1 year of Speech and Language Pathology experience required License: Missouri State License required Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Leadership experience within a skilled nursing facility/rehabilitation setting required; Knowledge of PDPM required Description: This role will involve assessing patients with a lighter case load. The Speech and Language Pathologist will take on some Director of Rehabilitation responsibilities. Attend morning meetings and facility meetings. Conduct scheduling as needed. Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes. Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
