Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,386 per week in Potosi, MO

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Long Term Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours, M-F, flexible times Experience: 1 year of experience required, experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting preferred License: Missouri State License required Certifications: Knowledge of PDPM required Must-Have: 1 year of occupational therapy experience Experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing facility/long term care rehabilitation setting Knowledge of PDPM Missouri State License Description: This role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter caseload to take on some Director of Rehabilitation responsibilities. Attend morning meetings and facility meetings. Assist in scheduling. Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes. Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
