Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,126 per week in Cedar Rapids, IA

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days, Monday-Friday Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: At least 2 years of previous Occupational Therapy experience across all age groups required. License: Current state license required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Home Health experience strongly encouraged. Description: This position offers same-day interviews. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Employees are required to work two of three major winter holidays. Limit of one day request off during specified holiday periods for all travelers, regardless of holidays worked. References are highly preferred and will be required to complete during onboarding if the candidate accepts an offer. Proof of taxable address is required to verify bill rate in accordance with local traveler policy, with acceptable documents listed.
