Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $2,509 per week in Savannah, GA

Job Title: Special Procedures Tech Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-17:30 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: ARRT / RTR, RCIS Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Critical care and Angio (IR) experience Description: This position is within the Angiography/IR department. There are three Angiography labs, including two dedicated IR labs and one hybrid OR. The patient ratio is 1:1. The ideal staffing includes a lead tech, RN, and ARRT/RTR, with a team of 3-4 members (2 Techs and 2 RNs). Equipment utilized includes IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, and Jet Stream. The documentation system used is EPIC Cupid. Scheduling requirements involve four 10-hour shifts with call. ICU/ER experience is necessary. Certification requirements include ACLS and BLS. The dress code requires royal blue and black for RNs, and navy blue and black for techs. The unit has specific policies and guidelines that will be provided. This facility operates as a Level 1 trauma center and a certified stroke center. It handles a high acuity patient population.
