DESCRIPTION:

  • As a Human Resources Assistant III, you will take on a senior-level role in the HR department, providing advanced administrative support and assisting in the management of HR programs and initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance activities.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide advanced administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist in the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee benefits, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Support employee relations activities, including conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and facilitating resolution of employee issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including personnel files, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

REQUIRED (BASIC) QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with HRIS software or other HR management systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certification in human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
