Security Clearance: DoD Secret
- Raytheon’s Surface Based Effector Production (SBEP) Department is responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative electrical products. Accountable for program execution including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. Providing resources to drive development and sustainment activities of our Land and Naval based electrical products.
What You Will Do
- Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems. Prior hands-on troubleshooting experience is preferred.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
- Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually

What You Will Learn
- Knowledge of various electrical components, Circuit Card Assemblies, RF, analog, digital and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis
- RTX Core Certification and Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Training
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing
- Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor’s in Science in Electrical Engineering
- Experience designing electrical subsystems; including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and production/supplier/sub-tier supplier support, test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, PCB fabrication, and related industry specifications.
- Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, MATLAB, HFSS, ADS, and related instrumentation.
- Familiarity with missile communication transceivers and data links, IMU and GPS receiver subsystems.
- Experience with subsystems integration and test, post-test analysis, SPC methods for production yield improvements, technical writing, and Engineering Change Notices.
- Self-starter able to work independently and in small teams; provide technical oversight, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, and proposal support.

Salary range: 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off, depending on the business unit and applicable agreements. Short-term and/or long-term incentive programs may apply.
