Overview

Lobby Ambassador (Full Time) at Perla on Broadway, Downtown Los Angeles. Join a dedicated team to foster a warm, inviting atmosphere for homeowners, guests, vendors, and residents of a luxury high-rise community.

Responsibilities

• Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction.
• Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
• Provide concierge services.
• Complete Daily Activity Report.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls; receive and distribute resident parcels.
• Address resident and guest concerns and questions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, Luxury Retail or Fine Dining experience is preferred.
• Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Upbeat and positive team player attitude; strong judgment and solutions-oriented approach; proactive customer service mindset.

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00

Schedule: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Tuesday - Saturday
