For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Production Scheduler who will ensure efficient and timely scheduling of production activities, optimizing resources and aligning production output with customer demand and delivery deadlines.

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and maintain short term production schedules based on demand forecasts, material availability, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material readiness and schedule adherence.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, shortages, or urgent requests.
  • Prioritize production orders in alignment with business needs and customer priorities.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and track production planning activities.

Your background

  • Technical diploma or degree Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ) and planning tools (MRP).
  • Knowledge of Advanced Planning modules (e.g., SAP APO, PP/DS) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Good command of Italian and English (written and spoken).
