$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Must be bilingual!!! The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility, distribution and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the process flow process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule, transportation, delivery and stock
• Maintain clean and safe workplace
• Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements
• Be on the floor, hands-on, not in the office
• Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred
• 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
• Experience in production, manufacturing or distribution management
• Bilingual, 80% of the labor is Spanish speaking
• Any knowledge of blowers, extruders, boilers, slitters or cutters is advantageous
