Production Supervisor – Afternoon Shift at a busy manufacturing facility in Edison, NJ. This onsite role is five days a week and focuses on safety, quality, and productivity to meet customer commitments.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily production activities and scheduling
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP standards
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventative care
• Support the launch of new products and maintain accurate documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong people-management and communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
• Background with automated production equipment; fragrance or personal care packaging experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is helpful but not required (relevant experience will be considered)
• Hands-on leader with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence
