Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

A busy, boutique law firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear many hats—supporting attorneys and staff, ensuring smooth office operations, and helping foster a professional yet welcoming environment for clients. With a salary of $65,000-$85,000 this position offers a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical and dental insurance as well as PTO.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Assist attorneys with billing, timekeeping, and expense tracking
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, timesheet collection, and coordinating staff schedules
  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies management, and vendor relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues, ensuring a well-functioning workplace
  • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot IT and office equipment needs, coordinating with vendors as necessary
  • Coordinate meetings, court deadlines, and firm events
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information

Qualifications of the Office Manager:

  • 3+ years of office management, legal administration, or related experience (law firm experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interacting with attorneys, clients, and staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal case management or billing software a plus
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain composure under pressure
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive work ethic
