We’re partnering with one of the most respected names in corporate law to find a strong, people-focused Office Administrator to oversee and elevate the day-to-day operations of their offices.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of paralegals, legal secretaries, and office staff
- Serve as the key liaison between office leadership, attorneys, and national departments
- Oversee HR operations: hybrid schedules, performance management, coaching, reviews, PIPs
- Manage budgeting, expense oversight, timekeeping, and billing support
- Act as the go-to problem solver and local tech liaison for IT coordination
- Ensure top-tier client service and operational efficiency
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and coordinate office events
- Travel to the Austin office 1 week per month
What You’ll Need:
- 5–10+ years of legal office management experience (law firm experience required)
- Proven success managing staff in a mid-to-large firm environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, legal billing/timekeeping, and office budgeting
- Polished communication skills across all levels — from staff to shareholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with iManage or NetDocs is a plus
- Must be based in Dallas (local presence required)
