Are you a dynamic legal operations leader ready to make an impact in a top-tier, global law firm?

We’re partnering with one of the most respected names in corporate law to find a strong, people-focused Office Administrator to oversee and elevate the day-to-day operations of their offices.

This is more than an administrative role — it’s a leadership opportunity at the heart of a high-performing, collegial office where culture, trust, and professional growth are prioritized.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of paralegals, legal secretaries, and office staff
  • Serve as the key liaison between office leadership, attorneys, and national departments
  • Oversee HR operations: hybrid schedules, performance management, coaching, reviews, PIPs
  • Manage budgeting, expense oversight, timekeeping, and billing support
  • Act as the go-to problem solver and local tech liaison for IT coordination
  • Ensure top-tier client service and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and coordinate office events
  • Travel to the Austin office 1 week per month

What You’ll Need:

  • 5–10+ years of legal office management experience (law firm experience required)
  • Proven success managing staff in a mid-to-large firm environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, legal billing/timekeeping, and office budgeting
  • Polished communication skills across all levels — from staff to shareholders
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with iManage or NetDocs is a plus
  • Must be based in Dallas (local presence required)

Why This Role Is Special:

  • Internal promotion – this is a highly valued and visible role
  • You’ll report directly to a supportive Senior Director of Operations
  • Work with seasoned, approachable leaders who trust your judgment
  • You’ll have real autonomy — manage your time, own your impact
  • Modern, international firm with over 90 global offices
  • Strong, collegial culture where collaboration and performance are both celebrated
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and accrued sick leave
  • 401(k) + match, paid parking

This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role with a global law firm that’s growing and evolving while staying grounded in its strong culture.
