Position Summary
We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our San Diego office. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating deliveries, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing conference rooms for meetings. You will also help maintain a clean and safe workspace by assisting with light kitchen duties (loading the dishwasher, cleaning the coffee machine, ordering food, wiping counters, etc.).
In addition, you will provide clerical support such as managing calendars, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary preferred
- Experience in a law firm setting is a plus
- Ability to transfer calls between locations and extensions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address office needs
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks involving standing and sitting

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
