Overview
The Office Manager keeps the office spinning by keeping the office up-to-date, informed, and organized. This position is in the Lamar office in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and is responsible for handling administrative functions, maintaining payroll hours, and working with Human Resources on company-wide policies and regulations. This role may serve as the sole administrative personnel in the office and may supervise one additional employee.
Collections/HR/Insurance/Invoicing experience is a plus.

What we are looking for in YOU
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Skill in communicating with persons of diverse backgrounds
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Strong work ethic, professionalism, responsibility, and proactivity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to use fax, copiers, scanners and binding machines
Ability to handle varied challenges and prioritize demands
Education and experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
College degree in Business or related field is preferred
2 years of office experience required; or college education in lieu of experience
Or another equivalent combination of education and experience

A day in the life
Maintain accounts receivable for the office, including calls, correspondence, updating the ATB, and communicating with the sales department about past due accounts
Update the billing system with client information, accounts, and contracts
Maintain accounts payable for the office, including processing invoices, coding to the correct department, and sending invoices to corporate for payment
Act as a liaison for local HR, assisting in hiring and benefits questions, worker’s compensation, and related HR needs
Provide administrative support to all employees, including contracts, collections questions, and payroll assistance
Provide information to corporate departments as needed
Run office errands as needed
The following duties may vary by location:
Serve as the sole administrative personnel and perform duties such as answering phones, typing, data entry, production ordering, social media management
Support Operations with administrative tasks such as OSHA logs, expense reports, and mileage
May supervise one other administrative staff
Complete special projects as assigned by General Manager, Sales Manager, or Operations Manager

Less than 10% travel away from home
