About The Role

As a Fashion Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our garments are produced efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Based in our West Palm Beach atelier, you will collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to our commitment to elevate excellence in every piece we create. You’ll bring your organizational skills, technical expertise, and dedication to tailor your journey, ensuring the seamless coordination of production processes while upholding our ethos of Fashion with Integrity.


Job Skills

  • Proven experience in garment production, with a focus on luxury fashion. Strong technical design skills. Knowledge of pattern making and production coordination. Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently. Sewing experience is a plus. Experience with cost negotiation. Experience creating BOMs. Experience with creating cutting tickets. Experience with QC. Experience with contract negotiations with domestic and overseas factories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, delivering impeccable quality on every project. Assess project and resource requirements, maintaining detailed records and proactively addressing challenges. Create purchase orders and coordinate with factories to ensure timely delivery. Prepare cutting tickets in collaboration with the design team. Order fabrics and notions, ensuring they are shipped to cutting rooms and factories promptly and accurately. Maintain and organize comprehensive libraries for colors, prints, fabrics, and trims. Track shipments and update relevant departments with arrival timelines. Keep a detailed work-in-progress log and trim chart of all open orders. Review and measure garments to ensure quality aligns with product specifications. Identify potential production issues, ensuring resolution before scheduled releases. Review swatches, lab dips, and fabrics from overseas dyers to ensure quality and color accuracy. Participate in fit meetings and collaborate with the design team to achieve the brand’s vision. Assist with receiving and checking quality of new production, coordinating with logistics to deliver items to store locations. Run inventory reports and ensure stock levels are on target in collaboration with the design team. Oversee shipping and preparing of patterns and samples to manufacturers. Organizing all customer custom order logs and ensuring projects are completed on time. Negotiating pricing.
