Position

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person. Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting your style to suit the customer, problem solve, demonstrate excellent phone skills and resolve conflicts.
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
  • Maintain service vows: Be Prepared, Welcoming, Meet the Needs & Be There for all customers, including all operational checklist tasks and meeting customers’ emotional and practical needs.
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to the store’s Five-Star Customer Service achievement.
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence. Know when to escalate and partner with leadership.
  • Communicate how alterations can play a role in perfecting the dress in partnership with Alterations; promote all alteration services and personalization options.
  • Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience and adhere to the Dress Code policy.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage in inventory management procedures, process orders, receive merchandise and ensure first-quality standards.
  • Support cash wrap processes and transact with accuracy to ensure customers feel celebrated.
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or a specialty store environment.

Physical Demands

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit for extended periods; reach for tools and objects; climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear customers. Lift up to 25 pounds. See up close and at a distance, use peripheral vision and depth perception, and read and use computers and phones for long periods.
