Responsibilities

  • Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person; communicate clearly and concisely by adapting your style to suit the customers; problem solve, demonstrate excellent phone skills and resolve conflicts.
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
  • Maintain service vows: Be Prepared, Welcoming, meet needs, and be there for all customers, including all operational checklist tasks and meeting customers’ emotional and practical needs.
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to the store’s Five-Star Customer Service achievement.
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence; know when to escalate and partner with leadership.
  • Explain how alterations can play a role in perfecting the dress; promote all alteration services and personalization options.
  • Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience and ensure dress code compliance.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage in inventory management procedures, process orders, receive goods, and ensure first-quality standards for all merchandise.
  • Assist with cash wrap processes and transact with accuracy to make every customer feel celebrated.
  • Support sales promotions and visual updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or 1–2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or a specialty store environment.

Physical Demands

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear customers; lift up to 25 pounds; use computer and devices for extended periods.
